Quandary Consultants welcomes Sarah Burgin to the Environmental Team as an Environmental Specialist. Born and raised in Georgia, she graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a B.S in Forestry and Hydrology and moved out West to pursue a Master of Law in Environmental Law and Policy from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law! She has been working in Environmental Consulting for the last two years and enjoys the variety of work in this industry. Problem solving with her coworkers and helping clients understand new regulations is the most rewarding part of the job! When she is not at the office, you can find her skiing, biking, and running around the mountains.

Exciting news! Quandary is happy to announce the asset purchase of Evergreen Environmental Engineering.

Quandary Consultants is excited to announce that Steve Kahn has recently joined the Team! Steve brings over 25 years of environmental engineering consulting expertise. He is a professional engineer and has vast experience supporting oil and gas clients throughout the United States. Steve resides in Arvada, Colorado, and spends his non-work time chasing his 3 kids down the ski slopes with his wife of 20 years Katherine Kahn.

Quandary Consultants welcomes Chad Powell to our Air Quality team as a Senior Project Manager. He most recently worked on SVE system permitting and compliance. He is an expert in air quality with 23 years of experience in 22 states. His favorite part about being a consultant is providing solutions. He loves helping clients through submitting air permit applications and maintaining compliance with air regulations. He grew up in Ohio, Iowa, and Canada. Outside of work he enjoys spending time traveling, skiing, hiking, and scuba diving.

“Quandary Consultants welcomes Corinna Photos to our Natural Resources team as a Senior Project Manager. She is an expert Wetland Ecologist with over 23 years of experience in 28 states. Her favorite part about being a consultant is the variety of work and the ability to work in different ecological areas. She loves helping clients by bringing projects from conception to completion, and assisting them with the ever changing regulatory world. She is a born and raised Colorado native but spent some time working out east in Maryland and grad school in New Hampshire before moving back west to Utah and Colorado. Outside of work she enjoys photography, hiking with her dog (or packing her dog), and furniture restoration. Her favorite flower is the elusive Sego lily.

Quandary Consultants welcomes Ginger Boodakian to our Regulatory team as a Regulatory Specialist. Ginger graduated with her Bachelor of Science, Environmental Sustainability and Data Analytics degree. She has since been working as an Energy Auditor and a Data Analyst. Her favorite part about being on the regulatory team is the diversity in her day-to-day workload. Ginger moved to Denver from Massachusetts in February 2022. Outside of work she enjoys concerts, camping and finding new people to play tennis with.
