Quandary (QC) was hired to conduct a wetland, wildlife, and water of the U.S. assessment along a 40-mile pipeline ROW in Weld County, Colorado.
A QC senior biologist conducted wetland determinations, delineations, and prepared a USACE nationwide permit application for the project.
